Payment for manuscript correction services must be made in full prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis, subject to administrative fees and work already completed. While we strive for accuracy, editing is subjective to some extent. We do not guarantee perfect error elimination or manuscript improvement, but we aim to provide high-quality services. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all manuscripts and client information. Your work will not be shared with any third parties without your consent. The final responsibility for the content and accuracy of the manuscript lies with the author(s). We provide suggestions and corrections based on standard English usage and style guides.

Webinars and Conferences

Registration for webinars and conferences is required to participate, and payment must be made in full prior to the event unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or format. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified, and refunds may be provided, subject to administrative fees. All materials presented during webinars and conferences are protected by intellectual property rights, and unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of event materials is strictly prohibited. While we endeavor to provide accurate and valuable content, we do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred as a result of participating in our events.

Bulk Manuscript Correction Service

Our Bulk Manuscript Correction Service caters to journals and conferences requiring correction services for multiple manuscripts. Volume discounts may be available for bulk correction services, and turnaround time will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work. Any delays will be communicated promptly. While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, we do not guarantee perfect error elimination or manuscript improvement. However, we aim to provide consistent and high-quality services for all corrected manuscripts.
